Jacob Klint, an Austrian national is the Secretary General of CISIA and as such is responsible for arranging top secret conferences between the world’s twenty most active intelligence forces. The Commission consists of all United States heads of Security including Naval Intelligence, the CIA, Homeland Security and the FBI. The Commission also includes not only the Europeans, Russians and Chinese but also Asian, Mid–European and Latin American representatives. The primary mandate of this commission is to disseminate information that will encourage the population of our planet, in the quest for harmony amongst all nations and world peace.

4)     Brief history of CISIA

The Commission of International Intelligence Agencies was founded at the request of international security services because of an alien threat to destroy sixteen of the world’s major cities. This threat was beamed from the direction of Mars. This declaration of harm induced many hitherto sworn enemies to seek dialogue with each other and search for peaceful solutions to the world’s problems.
